Coorg: India's Scotland

We, who live in concrete jungles, often visit places of natural beauty, where God has generously spread it, because the lack of greenery around us has become too much. In the name of development, we build big buildings, bridges, etc., but because of this, we have to cut down trees that give coolness to the eyes and peace to the mind. The expansion of big cities is increasing and the area of fields is decreasing from time to time. Because of this, we yearn to see greenery and prefer to go to such places where humans have left the greenery. Well, we cannot stop the desire to see snow in the winter season, but whether it is Kashmir or Himachal, even if we go apart from the cold, we get to see greenery everywhere. Well, today we are going to talk about a village known as the Scotland of India, where there is immense greenery. In Karnataka, people also know Coorg as Kodagu. It is one of the popular tourist cities there. Coorg is called the Scotland of India and the Kashmir of Karnataka. Here, large green tea and coffee gardens, orange gardens, small mountains covered with grass, valleys and flowing rivers win the hearts of tourists.
